General Terms

By accessing and placing an order with Woodhouse Social, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Woodhouse Social.

License

Woodhouse Social grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the website strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Service: refers to the service provided by Woodhouse Social

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Woodhouse Social. If you're not happy with our service, here's our refund policy:

14-Day Free Trial

Cancel anytime during your 14-day trial period for a full refund of any charges (if your card was charged, which may happen in some cases).

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for the current month.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund if cancelled before the subscription term ends. The refund will be calculated based on the number of full months remaining in your subscription period.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at communitymanagers@woodhousesocial.com or call 617-249-3899. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

Email Communications

By creating an account with Woodhouse Social, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your account, including but not limited to welcome emails, password resets, payment notifications, and content delivery updates.

You may also receive marketing emails, including trial reminders, re-engagement messages, and promotional content. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any marketing email. Opting out of marketing emails will not affect transactional emails necessary for the operation of your account.

SMS Notifications

By providing your phone number and enabling SMS alerts, you consent to receive automated text messages from Woodhouse Social regarding system alerts, account notifications, and service updates. Message frequency varies (up to 10 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

SMS notifications are optional and can be enabled or disabled from your account settings. You are not required to consent to SMS messaging as a condition of using Woodhouse Social.

Your Consent

By using our website, registering an account, or making a purchase, you hereby consent to our Terms & Conditions.

If we decide to change our Terms & Conditions, we will post those changes on this page, and/or update the Terms & Conditions modification date above.

The website and its entire contents, features and functionality are owned by Woodhouse Social, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
